Gift Wrapping Party for DCFS

That’s a wrap! Our team of volunteers from ALAV and Dept of Children and Family Services had a great time this week wrapping more than 200 Christmas presents for local children. These might be the only gifts they receive this holiday and we can’t wait to put a smile on their face when we deliver these to DCFS on Dec. 14.

Shopping for DCFS Holiday Party

We are currently working with the Department of Children and Family Services on a gift-giving program for 207 foster children ranging from infants to 12 years old, and this week we were busy doing gift-buying.
