Little Construction was established in 1989 by Gary and Debbie Little, and became Gary Little Construction, Inc., when we incorporated in 1995. Gary Little Construction, Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in both commercial and industrial work. We self-perform concrete foundations, metal stud framing, and drywall. A large percentage of our projects have been for Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Our work for these companies ranges from various maintenance projects to major construction projects. We are on the preferred bidders list at Lockheed Martin, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Northrop Grumman, Scaled Composites, and Boeing. We also build retail, medical, spec, and other types of commercial buildings for local developers. Gary Little Construction, Inc. is also “Going Green.” We have completed two LEED projects. Lockheed Bldg 651 Design Build LEED GOLD and Antelope Valley YMCA LEED SILVER. Gary Little’s management team has almost 200 years of experience. In the past 22 years we have completed well over 1,500 projects, and generated over $140 million in revenues. This experience helps us get the job done right the first time.
